Following enquiries from clients who wanted the security of backing up their important data offsite, who were not convinced of off-shore services readily purchased over the Internet, we at Computer Network Services Ltd implemented our own offsite storage service. Unlike many of our competitors, we have immediate access to clients data enabling us decrypt, copy and transport large amounts of data to clients site ready for restore, with the benefit of smaller file restores executed optionally over the Internet online.
Combined with our own technical team, we are able to offer an end-to-end service for file backup, system backup, system restore and disaster recovery. Combining our own service with products from Acronis and Network Attach Storage (NAS) vendors, we are able to restore full systems, regardless of hardware platform, within hours rather than days.
Our infrastructure is based upon Hewlett Packard (HP) servers and storage solutions, backed by rapid response technical services from HP to ensure that we have continuity of service and the confidence in eliminating customer data loss.
